will bring us up to date on progress made with the new campus and, perhaps,

some insight as to its impact on Polk County.
March 4: Carlos Fuentes, President of MFRMLS and commercial realtor in Tampa, will be
presenting the new MFRMLS Commercial Information Exchange which was recently
rolled out in selected target markets.
April 1: Perry Clouse, Manager of CFDC’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), will
provide us with an overview of the CRA and the role it plays in Polk County as well as
its impact on the commercial REALTOR® .
